The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

::tu:: Great to see Case emphasizing CV steel again. Now stand back and wait for the gen Y and Z crowd to start whining about the blades rusting. They threw away the little pamphlet in the box telling them how to care for CV without bothering to read it. ::facepalm::

Thank you! I have two of the big 6375’s and a canoe with these covers and I really like them a lot. I bet yours is a looker too.

I’m not a fan of all the bright new fangled colors. But the amber bone I really like.

I've got this one coming my way. (I think???)

Delayed in Rockwood TN due to last week's weather events.

Looking forward to it. I haven't purchased a knife in a while.

Sure wish Case made the back springs out of CV but I suspect there's a reason for not doing this.

I suspect the reason is cost. Cheaper to make and inventory one part instead of two.
