Is there any kind of reporting or tracking that shows how many visitors you have to your store & what products they are looking at? It would be nice to be able to see what's getting traffic, but not selling so prices can be adjusted accordingly.

That info is already on each item. When you click on “view/edit your current products” and click on each knife, scroll down just a little and you will see where it says “viewed XX times”.
