John Wayne Cherokee knives
A few years back I received a blue box with a picture of John Wayne labeled “The Duke” and 1907-1979. I’ve looked it up but I can’t see anything about the exact knife I have. I’m seeing a lot of wood handles, or blades made from a certain German steel but mine has a pearl handle, engraving on the handle, and a surgical steel blade with the number 172 stamped above Cherokee with a picture of a Native American. I’m just curious does anyone know anything about these knives? If they’re worth anything?

Hi! Welcome aboard!
A Google search tells me that Cherokee knives are made in Pakistan, thus not worth very much.
Any sentimental value to you?
Now, of course, coming from an internet source, it's gotta be true
And I've been wrong before...
