Wish I hadn’t missed this one

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

Wish I hadn’t missed this one

Post by Sharpnshinyknives »

Got the email on this one 25 minutes late yesterday and it was already sold out. Only 250 made. Case has been selling more knives directly instead of going through their dealers for the last few years. This was one of those. Curly maple with intricate embellishments on the wood and the bolsters. Sorry I missed this one. What a beauty!

I missed it too Mark. I’m a sucker for gunstocks, especially the large ones like this. It’s a really nice looking one too.
