Case Collector Series Trapper

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

Recently acquired this with a group of others.
I've been unable to find any information on it.
It's a American Trucker Limited Edition 26th the number 012

If anyone can help me with just some info I'd appreciate it.

::welcome:: to AAPK, Czarcastic (first post).

It was made in the late 1990s (number of dots under "USA" on master clip blade tang stamp will determine exact year).

Welcome to AAPK. Case has made thousands of different “commemorative” series knives. The trapper pattern is the most commonly seen and most popular pattern for that use. If you want to have a commemorative limited edition knife made for just about any occasion and are willing to buy at least 100 or 200 of them, they’ll make them for you. If you go on to eBay and do a search for “Case commemorative trapper” you’ll see examples of many different versions.

Case may be able to tell you how many of that one you have were made. You can email them at consumer-relations@wrcase.com
