How do you tell a case trapper has a “tested frame”?

How do you tell a case trapper has a “tested frame”?

I just purchased a case xx trapper red bone an I’m curious how you tell if it has a “tested frame” I know it has something to do with the size of the bolsters curious if anyone has any input!
