Another Knife to ID
This lock back knife had no box and there were no numbers on the blade just the Hen and Rooster logo with Bertram Cutlery Germany I don't think this is from Frost, but have no idea where it came from. Any ideas on Manufacturer and/or handle materiel would be greatly appreciated.

What a beautiful knife! That to me looks like a very nice semi custom. Etched bolster, turquoise handles, and filed blade and back springs. You only get these things in very high end production or custom knives. I don't know for sure, other collectors will clarify better than me.
