Welcome to the forums! The knife in question is an ink eraser used to remove ink from parchment. Wostenholm knives are kind of hard to date but the word England in the stamping usually indicates a knife made after 1891 when imported knives were required to show the country of origin.Ink erasers were pretty much used up to the late 1930's and early 40's so that will give you a range of dating. I would say it was later rather than earlier.

Yours looks like it is fractured. Can you show the whole item?

Too bad about the handle. If you want to replace it you might try looking for an old table knife with a composition or bone handle to modify to fit.Pilfer4 wrote:The handle is broke when i found it... I found this spoon to says TH. MARTHINSEN E.P.N.S NORWAY also
The E.P.N.S. on the spoon stands for Electro Plated Nickel Silver.Plated with silver;a common method on inexpensive tableware.
