What is this anyway.....?? wierd toothpick?

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

What is this anyway.....?? wierd toothpick?

Post by Meridian_Mike »

I was cruising around and looking at knives for sale and I found this..... (borrowed pics below).
Do y'all think this knife was modified by the owner OR did Case actually manufacture this shape??

The number on the tang is 61093 which doesn't look like this on any images I can find.

Have any of you Case collectors ever seen one like this??

I would bet on owner modified. Maybe the previous owner had big stubby sausages for fingers... :D

Garage Mod. Not factory

10-4... probably is... I just thought it looked too "good" for a garage mod.
Pictures kinda suck. Seller trick probably....buyer beware.
