#2 knife I couldn’t identify( it has been identified )

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

Pattern 6375 (large stockman), from Tested XX era 1920-1945. Collectors call those scales "greenbone". The 6375 was a popular pattern in those days. A lot of them were made so it's not a particularly rare pattern, but any genuine Case Tested era knife in that condition would be desirable to collectors. Nice knife! ::tu::

Another candidate pattern number would be a 6392 or maybe a 6393. The reason I'm suggesting this is because the knife looks to be 4" or maybe a tad less. The 75 would be 4 1/4" long. All three of these patterns look alike so it's difficult to discern between them. The 92 would be 4" while the 93 would be 3 15/16". Another characteristic of the 93 is wide/thick backsprings.

Like Ken said, very nice knife. ::tu::

My fault. I was careless and didn't look close enough at the length. Sorry. Thanks to the others who got it right though. ::tu::

Not just the length, but the 75 and 93 have different frame shapes and main clip blade shapes.

Despite the frame shape, I don't think I've ever seen a regular pull tested 75... Not saying it don't exist.. Just never ran across any.

Very nice knife! Tested greenbone.. Don't get much better
