Fight'n Rooster - Gold Blades???
Anyone tell me about this knife? I have never seen a knife with gold blades.

I think the late Frank Buster enjoyed the gold washed blades. Especially for knives that would most likely be show pieces. Here is the Fight'n Rooster, Knife World 15th Anniversary knife.....

At least on the Fight'n Roosters I've seen, I believe it is an immersion process or dip...rather than plating. I think it was also used on older firearms, in some cases. I don't believe it's real durable, but it looks cool on some things.

Sandie,
If the purpose of your post is to lead up to the sale of a knife, it should go in the Advertisements section. I thought you were asking a question about the knife from a collector's viewpoint.

Frank did several knives with gold washed blades and some with gold washed handles too. I have had a few of them and they are very nice. Especially the pearl handled, gold bladed ones that he did for the Peterbilt Knife Club.
