Case TestedXX 6333, I think?

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

Case TestedXX 6333, I think?

Post by treefarmer »

A special friend gave me this knife today. It is not pristine, the main blade has been tipped and there are a several cracks in the handles and both sides have a small chip at the rocker pin. The rocker pin is brass as are the handle pins and liners

. The mark side has a dark bone color and the pile side appears to be green bone. All 3 blades walk and talk. I like the swedge on the clip blade. The little gal measures 2 5/8" without a pattern number, I'm going to say this is a 6333.

Great old knife Philip! Long pull, swedges on the blades. Shame they don't make em like that any more.

What a great gift TF. That swedgy clip with the long pull is very sophisticated. People will sit up and take notice when you pull that one out.

That is a real nice gift to receive TF! Wouldn't it be nice if Case used that clip design today? I'd be destitute if they did. ::super_happy::
