Case 6265 SAB Serrated
Case 6265 SAB Serrated
Picked up this Case 6265 the other day,has a serrated secondary blade with notches cut in the top of the blade above the nail nick. I think it is from 1999. I don't remember seeing one like this before, the serrated blade is wicked sharp.

I had one like this and found out the notches on top of the blade are called jimping and they are there to provide a stable platform for your index forefinger if you are using the knife for skinning and working in blood, fat, etc. Apparently these were all made the same year and maybe Steve or others would have a lot more information on these with the serrated blade & jimping.
