I have this little guy in amongst my other lock blades and have to chuckle a bit at his expense. He measures in at 2 1/4" closed and a whopping 3 3/4" locked open and ready for battle. My inventory notes have him down as 1 of 200. I'm sure I saw that on the internet so it must be true? Can anybody confirm and or add to my notes?

I have never seen a Case knife like this, looks like one of Parker's creations. I'm interested to see what gets posted about it.

I believe you nailed it. It was brought out during the period that Parker owned Case and looks to be one that was made at the Bear & Son's factory. I'm sure I'll be corrected if I'm wrong, but I think that at the time this one was made, that factory was also owned by Case and they made several models of lockbacks for them. After Parker lost Case, it became Bear & Son's and they continued making several of the same models that they did when they were a part of Case. Please correct me if I got any part of this wrong.

Sure enough, I checked Bear and Son, looks dead on their model 540. My girlfriend been eye-balling my Case for an EDC. Looks like she be packing a model 540 instead. Thanks guys!

I got a Mgc I think that could be that knifes brother. Actually a knife I carry on and off.
