Papa's got a brand new HET BAG.. by James Brown

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

Anybody like these ole HOK's ??
(Honest Ole Knife)
like this Tested Greenbone 88 Long Pull ??
Just landed Texas
I shore do !!
See the craftsmanship each cutler
put into his work.. even the
tang stamp is square, crisp and centered
on the tang.. Not dribblin off the top..

Real nice one there, Dave. You know I love those old tested congress knives. Have you ever seen one in Rogers Bone? The green bone you have there looks like it could still do several years of hard labor, a real nice piece. Thanks for posting it. ::tu::

That knife has stories it could tell.
Going back fourty years or more I remember my grandfather and this old farmer talking .
Do you remember so and so and at the end of the conversation the would say he died.
I am still laughing today as a teenager it seemed funny. Now I am doing the same.
Enjoy your knife it has more to tell.
