Case TL-29

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

Case TL-29

Post by Schradenut »

This one just arrived on my doorstep today, from the US. A delightful Case TL-29, 62031LHR. It is much better than the Ebay pics, which is always a delight.
TL-29's are a passion of mine, and i think this one is right up there with the best. Hope you all like viewing it. I particularly like the uniform jigging, and it also has very snappy 1/2 stops
Tony.

Many thanks for the kind words. Electrician's knives seem to have been on all cutlers lists, and there are so many of them out there. Dale is the TL-29 Guru, with about 50 different makers.
Here are a few more of mine, for your perusal.

I also have a handful. What is it about the electricians knives that's so alluring? They're plentiful and mod'ed, make a silk purse from a sows ear. You don't believe it? Check out this one.
