6 Blade Congress

Post by carvin don »

Well, after a couple years of wanting one of these, I finally have one on the way...saw a 6 blade boker congress, marble celluloid, for $42.90 (including shipping) so I pulled the trigger. Am a little worried 'bout the cell handle, but I may just get those replaced with some Elk or Stag.

I will post a pic upon arrival.

If you all have any 6 bladers out there, sure would like to see 'em...

I really like the stair-step bolstered congress...has a comfortable hold.

edit: here is a pic of a Hen and Rooster stair-step congress I have, but believe it was made in the Boker factory.

Dale, I will definitely post some pics, but it may not be for awhile. I just sent the knife out this morning to Kaleb, and he has a waiting list...but I will be sure and post some when I get her back...I am having the handles replaced with American Elk... ::tu::

Got her back today...and she's gorgeous! Elk handles look beautiful in between the stair step bolsters...I tried taking pics in doors, but to no avail, will try some outdoor pics tomorrow.

Thanks, Kaleb!
