causing me to be stressed, irritable,

Mine too!

I know it can get tough but that is when you need to remember the Lord will provide for your needs. Maybe you won't have all your wants met but maybe that is really best. Put you faith in God to see you through. He will. And don't forget, you and your wife are a team.

A lot of people are struggling right now, that is for sure.
God won't let you down, like Phil said, you will have what you need, but not always what you want.

In my own life I had lots of struggles financially with injuries, work missed because of injuries, and surgeries. But my 6 kids always had what they needed, just not always what they wanted.
When we all get together the kids don't talk about the things they missed out on, but more about each other and even sometimes about struggles, but never about being 'poor' or not having 'things.'
I am convinced that kids need love to thrive, not material things.

I know that doesn't make it any easier to pay the bills, but take heart, God will get you through the mess in better shape than you could have ever imagined!

Sounds like were on the same boat!
I lost my job and am turning 50 this year, my son is a senior in college and where is the money coming from???
Al we can do is pray and do our best, with support from friends here at AAPK and home.

things are looking better, finances are much better off!!!!
and our relationship is taking a positive turn toward healing.
going to take awhile to completely be back where we were,
but we are getting there one day at a time. still taking prayer!!!!
