Pre 1911 Scout Knife???

NYK Walden with large bail . As far as I know this is the first utility knife made . They made this variation from 1911-16
The last picture shows the first punch blade 6-10-02 next to the second version with the patent date .

Here is another early knife with the notched blade.Not sure if it is for a Prestolite key as they are usually square.This one is Valley Forge and not in the best of shape.the bolsterless version is missing a couple of the reinforcing washers.
