Was cruising around in our friends buggy last night, looking at the local Christmas decorations down the road when we ran across this - we busted out laughing. Had to post a pic!

Lunch at Daves with my special girl. She had dashi soup and we shared calamari and tempura vegetables. I had a roll with tempura shrimp, jalepeno, avocado, with hamachi on top with green onions and some sauce. Had a nice piece of blue fin too, and of course some sake.

These were some pictures that my brother took down in South Texas out away from all the city lights.
They have been enhanced some for clarity.

Great picture David! Licking the spoon when mom finished making goodies was always a hit. But my thing was tricking my sister into getting the spoon so then I could have the mixmaster beaters and the bowl. ::nod::

I got a new cell phone a few weeks ago - I upgraded from a Samsung Note 8 to a Note 20 Ultra. Man, the camera on this thing is amazing. I posted some sunset pictures on this thread a couple of days ago I took with it.

This evening I was walking out to the shop and stopped and took this picture of the moon. The camera has a 50x zoom on it. This pic isn't enhanced or cropped or anything- just straight off the phone.

Great picture. Ever wonder why celestial bodies such as planets and moons are all round? ::hmm::

On that note, ever wonder what's beyond, beyond? Our planet is in the solar system, the solar system is in the Universe, there are multiple Universes, what are they in. What's beyond the entity that makes up the Universes and for that matter what's beyond that? Is it possible for this amalgamation to be infinite. I can't wrap my small mind around that concept.

Just one of those things that make you go, huh?

Mike that is an amazing photo. How fast technology is developing. I'm not at all sure we are developing the ethics to apply it.

Jerry, I guess man has pondered what is beyond the night sky as long as man has existed. I am looking forward to what this new telescope will tell us.
