Evening Everyone, finally got mail in today and found a box from Canada here . Very pleased with this purchase of 3 Various Schrades , and a bonus Ulster , they are all in very great shape. As some of you know ,am primarily a Camillus Collector, but when discussing these further with Seller decided to purchase them. Thank you Roland for a very great batch of knives, these 4 are better than you stated, and Thanks for throwing in the Ulster ::handshake:: .

This one was in the mailbox last night, could have arrived saturday but I didn't check the mail because we were having a blizzard then! 14" of new snow :x
Anyway I thought this was a Tiwanese knife but the package was post marked "Netherland" so Im not sure. Regardless of where it's made it is a very well made knife and the fit and finish is on par with Case or Gec. And the $20 price tag is hard to beat.
I liked it so much that I just ordered 2 more as gifts for my sons.

Very nice Ken! ::tu:: Looks like you got the model with brass liners as opposed to the model with red liners. I've had that knife plus a couple more Brothers/Watchmans on my "Wishlist" for awhile because as soon as I first saw these knives I was quite impressed, just haven't pulled the trigger yet. I believe some of the Asian sellers use NL Post(Netherland)because some of my packages have also come via that route. Seems odd that they would first send the package to the Netherlands and then on to the Americas, but I think that's how it works. Of course, I could be wrong, just going by where I ordered from and the NL postmark! 8)

Very nice Bunch JP. Beautiful 863 (Of Course you can never go wrong with a 72 Clone ::tu:: ), and the 880 is a great pattern. The 707UH Gambler is a nice one also. Plus you got an Ulster 183 which is a Pony Jack style knife. You just about hit all bases there. Congrats on the addition.

Good looking Lockback Ken. I've heard a lot of good things about Brother Knives and very few negatives. Looks good. ::tu::

I got this one in Yesterday. I wanted a knife to carry in my Mower Seat Bag when cutting my daughters yard. She has a bunch of Wisteria Vines in her back yard, some rather large. Hence I wanted to try out this mini saw, and a larger knife blade. So I thought I would give this Victorinox Forester a try. It is approximately 4-3/8" closed, it has a 3-1/2" spear point blade with liner-lock, a 3-5/8" saw blade, of course the usual can opener / small flat tip, a large flat tip / cap opener with liner lock, Cork Screw, awl / punch, toothpick and tweezers. Plus all blades have half stops. Will give it a try later this morning when I start cutting grass.

I've cut through 2-2 1/2" branches with the saw on mine. I have the German Army, Swiss Army, Fireman, Outrider, and Dual Pro X; as well as an older Alpineer I converted to a slipjoint by replacing the scales and removing the lock. All of those but the Alpineer have a saw, and they work great.

The belt cutter blade found on models like the Fireman and Dual Pro tend to make short work of a lot of vines.
