I keep looking for an Ulster knife for my collection but have yet to find one over here.

Here is one I found at a garage sale last year. there was a small crack that was about to chip out, so I glued it back into place. you would never know.

Nice piece there Cooter , kind of like these old Knives .
Have a couple,both in very good shape ,tight and snappy. The lighter colored bone has a faint remnant of the Kingston etch on the main . Do believe these both to be Ulster, if anyone would feel otherwise am all ears, and would like to hear from you.

I just got this one in my hands.
After cleaning the tang up a little I can see the number under the maker's name....
SO....
I can't seem to find any info on an Ulster 9500
About when was this one made?
I thought most Ulsters were 3 numbers. I am confused.

It is 3 1/4" long.

What do y'all think?

Picked up this lightly used Ulster Barlow, most with this bolster stamp had synthetic covers so it was nice to find one with bone.

Fished this one out of the bay. Nice little 2-7/8 inch tip bolster whittler with a wedge separating the back springs. Curious that only the small pen blade has a half stop. Goins’ says the stamp was used until 1941.

Excellent old Ulster Knife Co. whittler. I like knives like this one that show old patina on the blades because you know they have never been altered.
