I am a new member, and joined specifically to learn how to
accurately date my modest collection of Case Tiny Toothpicks.
Also, figuring out handle materials?
I'm 69, and a disabled Vietnam era USN veteran.
Thanks in advance for any help

Welcome to AAPK, and thank you for your service to our country. The age of all Case pocket knives can be determined the same way, Tiny Toothpick or otherwise. You can learn about this and many other things by clicking on “Research” in the header at the top of this page. Scroll down to W.R. Case & Sons Pocket Knife Age Identification, and you will land here https://www.allaboutpocketknives.com/co ... ification/. There is also a guide to handle materials https://www.allaboutpocketknives.com/co ... materials/
Look closely at the stamps on the knife and those in the chart. Sometimes the differences are subtle, especially for beginners unsure what to look for. If your eyes are like mine you may need a strong light or magnification to aid in counting dots!

Welcome!
Dating Case knives is not easy. Case did not make it very easy esp
in the very early years. Also, on a older knife, wear on the tang
makes reading very difficult for us old folks.
Post some pics of the toothpicks.
