Today's carry is a well made Anvil Stockman by Colonial. Delrin scales. No half stops. Factory edge has good sharpness. Well centered blades; good runups. I find this knife's quality impressive given its modest price. An excellent value imho.

Thanks for the comments Cody and Tom. I forgot to mention one feature that I admire a lot. The edges of the blade tangs are somewhat rounded and recessed so there are no sharp corners to wear thru a pants pocket. I wish all knives had this feature.

Thanks Willy! I think so too, dark and dense, what I want in Ebony or Blackwood.

Waited a long time to own and carry this knife,

Boker Leo-Damast V - Integral Balbach 600 layer damascus with Ironwood burl, very rare. I put a nice edge on it and gave the wood a wipe down with Formbys, and the sheath a quick condition with Oakwood.

Toted this old #49 Queen today and used this blade to cut the twine for tying up venison summer sausage casing.
