The Mini Blackhorn is among my favorite small lockbacks. At 3 1/4" it's just big enough to be within the small side of my sweet spot and still be able to get most EDC cutting tasks done. Blade shape is great as well.
With the specially-made wallet, even better! Most credit card tools not only look stupid, but are uncomfortable to use, and a lot of the tools don't work well. The ergonomics of most credit card-type knives (folders, not those weird origami-type things) are uncomfortable. I like nylon wallets. Easy to clean, and pretty lightweight. I'm thinking about getting another eventually. I had one for most of my life until I got a checkbook.
