The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

I wonder if they will have USA stamped on the other side of the tang or if Case has opted to leave it off altogether.
Good question Phil.
I"m also wondering when the first ones will be released?

The USA stamp hasn't been on the mark side of the master blade for years. https://www.allaboutpocketknives.com/co ... tification. In the past depending on the number of blades and pattern it will be on a secondary blade or the pile side.
As for when, someone posted several weeks ago they asked Shepherd Hills and were told early January.

I contacted Shepherd Hills, Very nice person spoke with me and showed me the new tang stamp but the knives will not be available until the first or second week of January. Thanks for helping me.

Remember that law that if a product is imported or exported, it must have the country of origin on it? USA will be there somewhere.

John, to comply with the law, all they have to do is slap a sticker on it someplace. How easy do those come off?
Thanks jerry..I hadnt thought of that. . It says it on the box.. Maybe the sticker on the knife mysteriously disappeared before I got it???
