Doc, it's Philco's picture of a black & blue butterfly. I straightened it up because he had it posted all catawampus.

Do they show the correct orientation if you do a Preview before you submit?

It seems that any pictures you download from my phone to the computer is the right way up on the computer and when I add it to the site it goes sideways
When I take a picture with my camera it always ends up the right way.

Grant
I just noticed when you enlarge the picture they are the right way

More wildlife in my backyard. Do you think the light colored deer is a whitetail - albino maybe? There is also an Axis buck who wanders through occasionally. They both might be escapees from my game ranch neighbor.

It sure looks like a color morph or variation of a white tail. If the eyes are dark it would not be an albino.

Thanks all for your nice comments.
Here is a coffee table I made in the last few weeks for one of my daughters. She likes the natural look.
The timber came from a tree I planted in 1986 and cut down in early 2017 after storm damage. (silky oak )

These are Texas Bluebells, (Eustoma exaltatum). This flower was and is so widespread down around Brenham, Texas that it was the inspiration for the name of Bluebell Ice Cream Company.

we did have a thread about geology. Here is a Septarian Nodule aka lightning stone. They say about 150 million years old and found in less than a ten mile stretch. I ground and Polished the raised calcite end for effect. Plus two more.
