My dwindling CASE collection
My dwindling CASE collection
When I first started collecting I was all CASE. Had a fair size pile. Now I only have 10. Ones that in my mind are fairly uncommon. I was messing with them today and thought I would share them. All TESTED

Keith, Super nice group! Rare patterns in rare condition.
Have you figured out how to open that tri-fold?

Re: My dwindling CASE collection
That's funny you asked that. I actually called the guy and said "how do you get this $%#@ thing open".

The bone is spectacular on the tri-fold. You could almost put a bullet shield on it and call it Remingtonespn77 wrote:I'll prove I know how.

Re: My dwindling CASE collection
Mercy those are nice! Everyone loves the bone but I think the striped celluloid is fantastic. If you are planning to reduce your Case collection even further and are willing to part with the celluloid please PM me. Great knives.

Re: My dwindling CASE collection
I'm fortunate to be the caretaker of one. I'm not sure but I think maybe Phin Spencer also has a 6001. There was an AAPK thread years ago about a 6001 that survived hurricane Katrina (it was under water for a while IIRC).espn77 wrote:Thanks Ken, I think your the only one that has another one on AAPK?Mumbleypeg wrote:Spectacular! A pretty nice one that had a chipped handle sold two years ago on eBay for $3000. There's a link to it here somewhere. Aside from yours, those are the only ones I know of but there's got to be a few more around.
