Bill Ruple Trapper..............................

Post by gmusic »

This "raised rope" filed backspring as it joins the blade spine is seamless and just awesome. Bill continues to show off his skills as he comes up with more innovative designs on his knives. He told me this is the first knife in which he used the fluted bolster in this arrangement.

The stag is dyed by his supplier (secret recipe) and is one he uses often. I forgot to get a card from those folks at the show, they had a great deal of handle material and such for knifemakers.

Anyhow................................thought you may enjoy.
