Re: Pictures of Miscellaneous Stuff & Things
What a huge fish!
Great picture, Jerry.
Yes that hook may have been used for Shark but it could be used for Tuna or other large fish.
Some hooks are very specific to species. I don't fish for big game fish.
But ........... I mentioned two hooks.

Joe, I noticed that and I called myself looking, but I only saw one hook, one paper spring clip, one two inch rule and one platter.
Let me check again.......
Still only see one hook.

Well, Jerry, ya gotta start some where.
Finally found the little hook.....Sure would have been easier if it was down on the plate.............
Grump01, Yes, but that wouldn't have been near as much fun.
I have a bunch of Mustad size 28s. When I saw these Gamakatsu size 30 I just had to have them.
Smallest hook I've ever seen. And there "barbless"!
I love barbless hooks.
If I could pass a law, all freshwater sport fishing hooks would be barbless.

JPDave,
Looks like you do enjoy your time pieces! Looks like they are all on the same time. Your picture reminded me of the watch I wore when I retired. I hung it by the buckle on a shelf in our utility/mud room. It ran for about 3 years hangin' there till the battery gave up the ghost. I gave it to a friend, he had a battery installed and wears it everyday. When I had a good watch, I would usually end up destroying it some way at work so I just bought the Timex and never could tear it up

After planting some Bromeliads and a few other plants on the south corner of my yard today I tried to get a shot of the setting sun highlighting the color...
...when out of nowhere this guy on a motorcycle suddenly zoomed past...
(in case you're wondering, he's wearing the "colors" of the HHHMC...Hawaii Head Hunters Motorcycle Club)
