Yes Ken most were a private collection. The guy also does restoration work for others. He also.has a business of supplying replacement parts for vintage tractors. They ship parts all over the world.I asked him what he considered a tractor to be antique, his answer was pre 1960.He has restored several JD 4020s though.I only took photos of a small amount of his collection.Mumbleypeg wrote:Roger, those are some great old tractors! If you're ever near Union City, TN, the Discovery Park of America there has a great collection of tractors and farm equipment. Also a lot of other stuff as well, including a great antique car collection. It's worth a day there to see it all. Here's a few pictures. They also have a Rumley Oil Pull tractor on display, among many others.
Ken
I asked what the big Rumely was worth and he said 1 sold at auction a few years ago and it brought $215000 +10% buyers premium.
