Re: Vintage CASE Folding Knives
Here is an old, unmolested, W.R.CASE & SONS BRADFORD PA. stockman. 6392 long pull, pattern number is stamped on the spay blade. Sheepsfoot and master are both stamped. Raised letter shield. full blades and nice stag.
If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.

Somehow I've missed the posts in this thread over the past couple of weeks. Really nice examples of some highly desirable patterns

Wayne; one of the most stunning examples of a pre-Tested Case knife that I have ever seen!! Is there a story as to how and where you found it?

Re: Vintage CASE Folding Knives
Wow Tom, that old 88 hits most of my buttons. Case, Rogers bone, long pull, great swedges on the blades. What's not to love about it? Now, if it was also a whittler...............

Picked up this Case Tested XX Barlow, pretty much unused, had developed a layer of rust from laying around that cleaned off ok.
