Thanks, bug!
Now I'll have to consider putting it up for sale on fleabay.
Maybe it could fetch enough cash for me to go after one of my "grails."

Sweet knives, bug!
I'm not usually one for serrated blades, but those two are very cool.

Finally got my bride to let go of her pink Spyderco to let me get a couple of pictures.Bought this at Menard's in Indianapolis about 20 years ago.I offered to let her sotre it with my Spyders but the look I got precluded me from pursuing that line again.

Re: official SPYDERCO : Pick Ups , Pics , & Q&A thread
Here's one just like what Jerryd posted that his cousin got in Hawaii. Got mine from a chemical salesman in LA many years ago. The box is stamped "Copyright 1997". This little knife has a chisel grind and as you can see is serrated. Open it measures 6 3/4", closed it is 3 3/8". The locking device is a piece of spring wire, works very well and is super sharp! The clip can be moved to 4 different positions, they must have been pretty cheap for the salesman to be givin' 'em out as "bait".

junebug, that's good to know! Never paid much attention to this knife, have used it as a scalpel on occasion
. That E-bay page had some interesting blades for that model. What do reckon they sold for when they 1st came out?
