If you can think of something to talk about that is not related to knives, discuss it here.

That's pretty neat Jerry.

The only problem during a power outage would be freezing the ice. I guess with enough solar energy it could be done.

Would definitely cut down on the cooling/ac bill.

Thanks Dimitri. Something else to collect and not too (so far) expensive. Also, great history in fish hooks.

Well the flea market across the street from me opened Saturday and here is something I picked up:a stag handled dust pan and brush made in India of solid brass.Polished up kind of nice and though the stag doesn't have much character it is still unique and the price was under $10.I can even made scale slabs if I want.

Nice. We went there a few years back, spent a couple hours on the Yorktown. My son and I took the Fort Sumter tour. Driving downtown was . .. . interesting. But the view from East Battery was worth it 8)

roof, that's a great shot right there. I can even see all the churches downtown. My wife and I spent a week there last year. We stayed at the hotel on Mount Pleasant, at the end of Riley Bridge. We walked across that bridge and back about three times that week. Great place to visit. ::tu::

Thanks Bob. I love old fishing stuff including Pflueger, but many other brands as well.

Here's a neat old rule I picked up a while back.

Thanks.

I'm certainly glad you are not an Alabama fan. Your poor dog would have big ears, a trunk and be painted grey. ::facepalm::
