R4243 Camp Knife

The Remington Corporation and the knives that they built have influenced the U.S. cutlery industry more than nearly any other manufacturer. R4243 Camp Knife

Being not really in the know about Remingtons I kind of naive bought the Remington because I quite a little bit into boy scout knives. I was expecting one of those nice little fellows that slip easily into a box scouts pocket when I unpacked this mother of a camp knife! :shock: Whoa, this one´s big! You better put your big jeans on when taking this one out for camping. :lol:
Unfortunately this one came without a box but I love it anyway...... ::ds::

That is a honkin' piece of hardware Captain, no doubt about that! I love the clip blade and the configuration with a pen blade instead of a can opener. She's a keeper for sure, thanks for sharing!

That's a nice one Captain very much like the Sears Craftsman camp knife that also had a clip blade

That´s 4 7/8 Jerry! I underastand that this knife is also available with Delrin handles, this one has dark red jigged bone instead. ::groove::
