Case Bumble Bee series

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

Case Bumble Bee series

Post by reloder »

Gentlemen;

What knife patterns did Case include in the Bumble Bee series? My Son loves this handle pattern and I am trying to collect the entire series for him. I have just bought the Zippo lighter that matches the knives! Your help and knowledge is appreciated!

In SMKW's Christmas Sneak Peak 2012 catalog I found -39 Sowbelly, a -546 Backpocket, a Muskrat, a -549L Copperlock, and a -111 1/2L Cheetah. Not sure if there were others. ::shrug:: Hope this helps. ::nod::
Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!

You're going to look awfully silly with that knife sticking out of your @#$. -Clint Eastwood, High Plains Drifter

Thanks Redrider - to your list add a trapper, sowbelly, canoe, russlock, and slimline trapper. I have these in hand. They also made a hawkbill which I am TRYING to get! I wonder if they made any smaller knives like a peanut, toothpick, mini trapper, etc. in this pattern????
