a few pics

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

She's a beauty. Roger 50/2050, got mine. Plain blade, 1 of 10. Apparently, not much of this material was used. Most people don't know that Manatee ivory, is a penile bone, like oosic.

Thanks Roger & Chris - You guys have the true beauties - those ET's are really nice...
As long as this is a Classic "picture" thread I'll post one more 1 of 1.. (Holiday Special!).... I don't think I've posted this on AAPK... This is among my most rare Classic's - a true prototype 375 pattern that never made it into the Classic program due to time constraints.. Not just a different blade arrangement, shield type, or scale material - the 'pattern' itself was never produced except for these 1 of 1 hand made samples.. (per Jim anyway...) I've never seen another 375 other than the seven 1 of 1's on page 116 of the "Long Haul" book... (All having Zipper etches and shields) This one has Blue Velvet celluloid scales..
Hope you are all enjoying a great Memorial Day Weekend... ::tu:: ::tu:: Gary
