I thought I replied on the cookout idea, but now see that I did not.....oops.

....I say we go for it on the cookout - Charlie, make sure to swing through Oregon and pick

JohnnieR - I don't think it's still hanging around but I used to have one of those in brass. Carried it for a while but they don't hold enough lighter fluid to make everyday use practical. It laid in the center desk drawer for the longest time. Maybe it grew legs and walked off when my house was broken into back in the 90's.

Jerry....was yours made by the same company?.......I left out what was written on the bottom,it reads "Pat. applied for"...I wonder if they ever got a pat. number. ::hmm::

Yes, this is like the one I had, although I don't recall the top of mine looking like a bottle cap like this one. Who knows. It's been a long time since I've seen it. Just emptied out my "treasure box" and it's not there. That was all the crap from that old desk so that lighter is gone.
