If you can think of something to talk about that is not related to knives, discuss it here.

I agre with Brett, those are sweeet WB!

Here is a nail clipper I picked up this weekend, I have about a dozen of these now and just like them because they are old, ornate and made in the USA.

Thanks guys.
Gino, I used to have a pair of those old clippers around here somewhere. They weren't quite as fancy as those, but ornate by most standards. If I come across 'em, i'll get your addy and send 'em to ya. Someone told me once that they would have been part of a set with other pieces that matched. They do make a neat little collectable. ::tu::

Trees and bushes are blooming here too. I hope they don't get a nasty surprise. It can easily happen in this neck of the woods.

Beautiful tree, Phil. I'm cultivating and training a small one in my back yard. It's coming along.

But, is that truly a "red-bud"? I know we call them that, but they aren't red, they're lavender.

There's another tree blooming along the Interstates here and they truly have red buds.

Not a botanist.

So what's what?

Still beautiful.

The true reds in this neck of the woods are crabapples. They get to about the size of a small redbud. I noticed the other day that the Dogwoods are startin' to bloom here. It's actually a bit early. Good lookin' Redbud, Phil. Always one of the early signs of spring here too. That and me puttin' new fishin' line on my poles. ::tu::

I used to have a black lab X boxer that was a good mole dog. The problem was the 150 foot trench across the yard in the morning. ::facepalm::

Oh yeah Kaleb, them things work good on moles!
So my wife has been on the road since last Tuesday, spending my hard earned money on gas and hotel bills.
She and her sister were all over the place lookin for antiques and maybe knives for me.
She comes back with this! What the?? A lock??
Anyway, I think she may have gone round the bend. It works and has the key but really? A lock?

That's actually a very nice lock. It's exactly like the ones provided by the self storage facility we use.

Difficult to saw, difficult to break.

Put it to good use, preferably somewhere your sweet wife will see it on a regular basis.
