New York knife Co. Real or Fake?
Beautiful knife. Looks like it was made yesterday. No patina. Also the notorious red background worries me. Also the pattern is one that I,ve seen alot of fakes.

KN,
I say its absolutely the real thing. Even before I looked it up it looked right as rain.
Whomever the lucky bidder, it probably will cost $. I've seen plenty of NYKC with the bolsters Stamped, but that pattern is a first. I wish I could join the bidding list but thta's one that would get me in trouble...

Very nice!

Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!
