Bob Ham Knives

Post by El Lobo »

I just added this knife to my accumulation. It is from one of my favorite "bang for the buck" makers, Bob Ham. He is a real gentleman to deal with and makes a real nice knife for...well, frankly it seems to be undervalued.

I have a small single blade, a medium Trapper, and now, a 4" Trapper...ATS-34 blades...half stops...and Sambar stag scales.

I like his work and enjoy dealing with him. JMO, as always.

Hi Bill, that looks to be a very fine well crafted knife. Does Bob have a website? I googled Bob Ham and Bob Ham knives and got everything from ham radios to ebay. Thanks, I always enjoy browsing through a good knife makers web site.

You know Hukk, he doesn't have a site...but here is his eBay store...

I'm not affiliated in any way...just felt like giving some props to Bob and maybe one or two folks here will find something they like. ::nod::

I love your custom Bill, first class..I have always wondered about his products after hearing other folks sing praises about him and now after looking at your knife it becomes apparant his craftsmanship is first class. Is it possible to get a closer shot of the knife, I was trying to read the writing on the blade... :|

Thanks for sharing,

He brings the best out of those Sambar stag scales. ::nod::

Do the white part of the bone shine ? Are they polished a lot?

Well Ken...

Guess what? You are RIGHT twice (x2...OK just teasing  ) in the same post, my friend... ::tu:: ::tu:: ::ds::

Yes, it does have Bob's name on the blade...and yes, he does buff the stag to a light shine, most visible in the lighter areas. Thanks for the kind comments. This is the single blade I have...
