I have no idea...but its also possible that if a defect was noted in the knife during production, it could ahve been removed from the production line prior to final hafting and finishing.justold52 wrote:Looks like TWO more one of a kind.

Actually, the stag is nice enough on the bottom one.....too many pins in the covers of the smaller one for my taste. I suspect knifeaholic is correct, those may have just walked out before makeup had a chance to spruce them up right properly. What patterns are those?
