Is this knife Legit?

Post by coalminer.606 »

This knife looks to be real to me, but I don't know that much about it. I didn't know they made a certificate of authenticity with knives back then.

That's the way it looks. Do a search on the Bay for "Case Classic knife" and you will find similar ones.

Hello coalminer,

everything about that knife says Case Classic series. They were made from 1990 - 1998 under a license agreement with Case. Blue Grass Cutlery was the middle man and Queens Cutlery actually made all but 4 patterns of the Classic Series, a total of 37 patterns in all.

If you would though, repost a clearer picture of the tang stamps ... especially the Case one .... your's looks nothing like what I have on my 1072 Clasps.
