Is this knife Legit?
This knife looks to be real to me, but I don't know that much about it. I didn't know they made a certificate of authenticity with knives back then.

They originally were. They were reproduced in the 90's as part of the" Case Classic" series, I believe. That's why the COA.

That's the way it looks. Do a search on the Bay for "Case Classic knife" and you will find similar ones.

Hello coalminer,
everything about that knife says Case Classic series. They were made from 1990 - 1998 under a license agreement with Case. Blue Grass Cutlery was the middle man and Queens Cutlery actually made all but 4 patterns of the Classic Series, a total of 37 patterns in all.
If you would though, repost a clearer picture of the tang stamps ... especially the Case one .... your's looks nothing like what I have on my 1072 Clasps.
