Adding to Ken's comment, I believe that knife handle is Black Curly Maple according to the internet. A Case with TB in the pattern numbers is usually a notch above regular Case knives. TB are the initials of Tony Bose a well known bladesmith. He passed away several years ago.

Looks like a single blade "Panama Trapper".

It does look like a “fat” Panama Trapper. I think the 546 pattern was introduced in 2010, and called the “Tony Bose Backpocket”. Case has made it with a lanyard hole, and with a cap bolster. The early versions I’ve seen had a lanyard hole and a leather lanyard. It’s been offered in several handle materials and most commonly with a single long clip blade which was the first, and still the most common version.

They also later released a version having a single long spear blade (the OP knife). That version is unusual in that the Case pattern number has a “1/2” suffix, which usually is used to denote the presence of a clip blade on patterns that originated with a spear master blade. In this 546 pattern that convention is reversed - the original 546 has a clip master. For whatever reason, here Case has used the 546-1/2 number to denote a spear master blade.

Below is my one and only Bose Backpocket, a TB71546. (Carried and used). Black G10 Micarta covers.
