Re: 2025 POS Exchange
I believe that everyone who participated in this round of the POS exchange has posted here. Thank you again for participating and keeping this fun tradition alive. Each of the participants now has a “starter set” for the next round where Kolvir will be back at the helm running the show. I also thank you for going easy on me while filling in for Kolvir; you made my coordination job easier and painless.
THAT’s A WRAP!

Dale, sorry for your physical problems. I guess with the aging process in full bloom that several of us are looking like our knives. God bless with your upcoming surgery. And a worthy POS box but with several pocket worthy ones.

I've alway thought that was the fun part, getting and giving Poo.glennbad wrote: ↑Mon Apr 14, 2025 8:05 pm I've given my share, and then some, of some real stinkers over the years. So maybe giving a few decent ones in the pile is my way of making up for that.
Nobody should feel guilty or ashamed for abiding to the "guidelines" of the POS and unloading their refuse...that is after all the spirit of the POS exchange.![]()
I really enjoy seeing poo that I passed on, being passed on repeatedly. I only recognized one this year.

That's my Etsy store where I sell old knives and sometimes handmade knife accessories to support my knife habbit. Thanks for looking my friend.

I ended up rehandling that Kingston jack with Bocote. The old scales were black composition that was badly shrunken and actually kind of slimy underneath. Bocote is a fairly hard wood with contrasting light and dark brown streaks.bladebuddy wrote: ↑Fri Mar 28, 2025 1:29 amI’m glad you like your poo pile.OLDE CUTLER wrote: ↑Thu Mar 27, 2025 11:15 pm Just got mine from bladebuddy. Some real good stuff. Bone handled Barlow, Sabre lockblade, Empire ebony jack, a Kingston jack to be rehandled, a Stan Packy lockblade, an unusual tie clasp knife (never seen one), and a real nice Old Cutler customized 4 blade stock knife. Wow, that is a nice one. Great stuff bladebuddy, thanks.
