Just a comment on the POS exchange, after participating a time or two, I decided to research the member whose name was drawn for me and if possible include something that might be applicable to their personal likes. Not always possible but sometimes it may have been appreciated.

fantastic idea Phil, so you searched on the members prior posts to better understand what turns them on and have a rose amongst the poo to soften the blow, bravo!

Two GREAT minds, Phil. I've done the same thing the past two POS's...including this one. It really adds a 'personal' touch to the entire POS exchange...IMHO. ::tu:: ::handshake::

Poor David (Edge213). It has been 4 years since I last "decorated" his mailbox with poo, but here we go again, package inbound.
The Postal clerk was such a nice friendly lady, and I felt terrible for handing her the box.
The paramedics revived her with smelling salts and said that she would be fine - it was just shock.

Ken98k,

Check your PM...your gassy waste box is enroute. USPS tried to deny sending it due to the fumes emanating from within, but I told them it was a special delivery to a person who has military grade gas masks and full hazmat suits. They then reluctantly accepted the box after sealing it with extra military grade anti-fuming plastic. ::nod::  ::ds:: ::handshake::

I strived mightily to cram every last scrap of POS I could find into that flat rate box. I had to get 1967redrider to stand on the box to keep it closed while I wrapped it with yards of packing tape wound around numerous times. (Thanks John!) Then I ran into trouble with the mailman. He wanted to know what that smell was and he was worried that the whole rig was going to explode in the delivery truck before it got to the other end. Just hoping it doesn't blow up in mid-journey. ::teary_eyes::

Just got my package from Corn Creek Cutlery in the mail today.

And this isn't all of them. I was just informed this is part one, with another package coming in a couple of days.

Just got mine from bladebuddy. Some real good stuff. Bone handled Barlow, Sabre lockblade, Empire ebony jack, a Kingston jack to be rehandled, a Stan Packy lockblade, an unusual tie clasp knife (never seen one), and a real nice Old Cutler customized 4 blade stock knife. Wow, that is a nice one. Great stuff bladebuddy, thanks.

Nice group!

I'm wondering, was that one of Robert Palantonio's "RAP Cutler" customs? Seem to recall he embellished a lot of Old Cutler models.
