I am glad to buy a USA made ESEE 5 Fixed Blade Knife Black Blade Brown Canvas Micarta Handle and support US manufacturing. In return I am getting a quality knife that will last a lifetime and can be passed on to another generation. This knife is solid piece, and I love it! 🥰😍🥰😍🧡🧡🧡

Ken, I think it has the saber grind because the blade is so thick ::hmm:: ... the spine in .25" so that might be the reason to make a sharper tapper. ::shrug:: One thing I know is the ESEE 5 is a BEAST!
