gdogg, appears to me that y'all have found a great place to get away from electrical work!
An earlier picture showed you with a trout in the house, "catch and eat" must be the order of the day.
Glad y'all are enjoying the great outdoors!

it was a great getaway from my wife as a birthday present as both of my parents have been very sick at age 90 one with respiratory illness and one with dementia itโs been a rough year.and Sue knew just what to do.
On top of her Mom at age 93 just had double pneumonia.

Re: Outdoorsman Thread
Got a break in the weather. Got out for a solo 6 miles today and finally cracked the 100 mile mark this year.
I am way behind this year because of the screwy weather!!

Was a beautiful 70deg sunny day. But we are headed back into the 90s plus for the foreseeable future!!

Nice knife companions for your hike, John. And the trail itself looks very inviting.

Let's play the "which mushroom did the weird knife guy fry up and eat" game.
That's my Etsy store where I sell old knives and sometimes handmade knife accessories to support my knife habbit. Thanks for looking my friend.

I'm with Ike, looks like Chicken of the Woods.

I dunno what the others are. Had a storm with lots of wind and rain the night before. Brought all the fungus up and hickory nuts down. That yellow group looks like it might cause me to meet my ancestors.
Literally or perhaps figuratively. The mosquitos were too ferocious to sit still long enough to find out.
