Tang stamp reads "Ulster Knife Co." and was described as an antique coke-bottle stabber jack.
6 1/4" oal slip-joint, single spear-point SS blade, NS and brass hardware, and ebony covers.
Nice knife!

I believe that Case used that shield for bone and wood handles. Shields for Delrin handles have the oval around the name, unless I am mistaken. It is very possible that I have that backwards....YOUFOUNDADEAL wrote: ↑Thu Oct 05, 2023 8:54 pm Case XX Pocket Knife 6318 HP SS 3-Blade
Seems like a variant badge?? Tang also seems odd.

Case started using the shields with no circles in 1975 for their Delrin handled knives, so I would say this knife has Delrin scales and was made from the mid to late 70s depending on how may dots it has under "stainless" and the stamp looks correct for a knife from that era. Information below was found in the research section of this website.Reverand wrote: ↑Sat Oct 07, 2023 1:10 amI believe that Case used that shield for bone and wood handles. The tang stamp looks a little sloppy, but I didn't notice any evidence of tampering. It looks like a good knife to me.
I couldn't see the full tang - when was it made?
Great looking knives Dog. Queen, Schatt and Morgan and Camillus are my all time favorites.
Thanks Oscar!

I am wondering if I should be offended. I mean, some of us got bigger legs than others, haha!

I’m on a WW2 knife kick. That is an Ulster Army 10th division mountain knife. Needed the phillips head screwdriver for ski bindings.
